Most recently, from 13 till 16 June 2023, the L-th anniversary session of the OSJD Ministerial Conference was held in Busan (Republic of Korea), which gave a new impetus to the development of both the entire Organisation for Cooperation between Railways and the railway transport in the Republic of Korea.

The meeting of the authorised representatives of the Parties to the PGW Agreement on updating the existing PGW Agreement, introduction of amendments and additions to the PGW Rules, updating the charge rates for the use of freight wagons and bogies in international rail traffic and identification of the status of the shared-use freight wagons for their accounting was held in the OSJD Committee in Warsaw from 19 to 22 June 2023 according to the Work Plan of the OSJD Commission on Freight Traffic for 2023.

From 13 till June 16 June 2023, the L (50^th) anniversary session of the Ministerial Conference of the Organisation for Cooperation between Railways (OSJD) was held in the city of Busan (Republic of Korea), in which members of the Ministerial Conference of 19 OSJD member countries took part, as well as representatives of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC).

The XXXIV meeting of representatives of the Parties to the “Agreement on International Railway Transit Tariff (MTT), and the MTT Updating” was successfully held in Ashgabad, the capital city of Turkmenistan on 15-18 May 2023.

The expert meeting of the OSJD Commission on Infrastructure and Rolling Stock on sub-topic 5.1 “Locomotives” of subject No. 5 “Rolling stock for railways. Technical requirements as to its elements” was held at the OSJD Committee (Warsaw) on 25-27 April 2023 with the participation of the representatives of the following OSJD railways: AZD CJSC, BC, MAV Co. (MÁV-Start Co.), “KTZ NC” JSC, CFM, RZD OJSC; OSJD affiliated enterprises – RUT (MIIT) and the Southwest Jiaotong University, as well as the OSJD Committee.
