From 24 till 27 June 2025, meeting XXXVI of the representatives of the Parties to the Agreement on the International Railway Transit Tariff (MTT) on the subject “Improving the MTT Agreement and updating the MTT Tariff” was successfully held in Dushanbe, the capital of the Republic of Tajikistan, which was attended by the representatives of the Parties to the MTT Agreement as follows:

On the topic “Updating the Agreement on Use of Freight Wagons in International Traffic (PGW Agreement)”, in accordance with the approved Plan of Work of the OSJD Commission on Freight Traffic for 2025, a meeting of authorized representatives of the Parties to the PGW Agreement took place at the OSJD Committee (Warsaw) in the period from 16 till 18 June 2025 to update the PGW Agreement, make amendments to the Rules for Use of Freight Wagons in International Traffic (PGW Rules), update the rates of payment for the use of freight wagons and bogies in international traffic, as well as to finalize the draft Work Plan for 2026 on the topic “Updating the Agreement on Use of Freight Wagons in International Traffic (PGW Agreement)”.

LII session of the OSJD Ministerial Conference began in Qingdao (People’s Republic of China) and will continue from 10 till 13 June 2025. The session is attended by the members of the OSJD Ministerial Conference from the following countries: Republic of Azerbaijan, Republic of Belarus, Republic of Bulgaria, Hungary, Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Georgia, Republic of Kazakhstan, People’s Republic of China, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Republic of Korea, Kyrgyz Republic, Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Republic of Moldova, Mongolia, Republic of Poland, Russian Federation, Slovak Republic, Republic of Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Republic of Uzbekistan, Ukraine, as well as representatives of CCTT and the OSJD Committee.

From 13 till 16 May 2025, a meeting of the representatives of the Parties to the Agreement on a Uniform Transit Tariff (ETT) on the subject “Improving the Agreement on the Uniform Transit Tariff (ETT) and updating the ETT Tariff” was successfully held in Almaty (Republic of Kazakhstan), which was attended by the representatives of the Parties to the ETT
