The XXXIV meeting of representatives of the Parties to the “Agreement on International Railway Transit Tariff (MTT), and the MTT Updating” was successfully held in Ashgabad, the capital city of Turkmenistan on 15-18 May 2023.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the Parties to the MTT Agreement: Azerbaijani Railways CJSC, Byelorussian Railway, Georgian Georgian Railway JSC, “Kazakhstan Temir Zholy National Company” JSC, “Kyrgyz Temir Zholu National Company” State Enterprise”, Latvian Railway SJSC, Railway of Moldova State Enterprise, Ulan-Bator JSC, Russian Railways OJSC, Tajik Railway State Unitary Enterprise, Turkmenistan Railways “Türkmendemirýollary”, Czech Railways JSC and Estonian Railway JSC “Eesti Raudtee”; as well as by representatives of the UTLC ERA JSC and PLASKE JSC which are OSJD Affiliated Enterprises, including the representatives from the OSJD Committee.

The meeting was opened with a welcome speech to the meeting participants by Mr. Azat Atamuradov, Chairman of “Türkmendemirýollary” Railway Agency.

The meeting participants which are Parties to the MTT Agreement finalized and agreed the changes and additions to the MTT Agreement and the MTT Tariff.
