The regular meeting of the OSJD Committee members No. 2/2023 was held in Warsaw on 15 May 2023. In its course, according to the agenda, the following reports were considered and adopted on:

- expert meeting of PWG CI on the subjects “Paperless technology for the carriage of goods in international railway traffic” and “Conducting international financial accounting with the use of paperless technology” (9-10 March 2023, OSJD Committee);

- meeting XXIV of the OSJD AWG on the issues of vocational education/training in the field of railway transportation (13-15 March 2023, in videoconferencing mode);

- meeting of the Working Group of the Parties to the PGW Agreement on tariff rate calculation (OSJD Committee, 10-11 May 2023);

- participation in a multilateral meeting on the subject “Project for simplifying the transit customs procedure along the Trans-Caspian International Middle East-West Corridor using the ‘Single Window’ principle” (14-15 March 2023, Baku, Azerbaijan);

- working meeting with the representatives of the Organisation of Turkic States (OTG) (29 March 2023, in videoconferencing mode);

- participation in the International Conference “Innovations for sustainable development of transport. Logistics as a science and a sphere of professional activities” (11 April 2023, Moscow, in a hybrid mode);

- participation in the Regional Conference on Accelerating the Digital Transformation of Railways in Asia and the Pacific (5-6 April 2023, New Delhi, India).

The issues of tasks distribution arising from the decisions of meeting XXXVII of the Conference of General Directors (Authorised Representatives) of OSJD Railways, and the progress of preparations for session L of the OSJD Ministerial Conference in Busan (Republic of Korea) were also considered.
